Through the amazing co-creation within our community, we’ve found a beautiful venue to host us this year. Our new venue is on private property in the Sierra Foothills, and has hosted other similar symbiotic festivals in the past (wink, wink) Most of you know this venue, but we’re keeping it on the hush for now and will send location specifics closer to the solstice.
We are super grateful for everyone’s love and support, and can’t thank you enough for your patience. We very much appreciate your help spreading the word that we are moving full speed ahead.

The festival’s intention is to serve as a space for the creative within us all to manifest and be celebrated. Under the radiance of a full moon and the potent, climactic transition of the Summer Solstice, you’re invited to sync in to your primal rhythm and find its harmonies in nature, community, diverse music, yoga, and visual art. We’ve got an eclectic crew of largely Northern California musicians, yogis, artists, and vendors lined up to bring us together, as well as ample intentional space and opportunity for you to create your own music and expressive art; from there, what unfolds is yours to manifest.
Get down with the rhythms of electronic, bluegrass, reggae, jam, world beat, and acoustic vibes with a lineup that reflects the evolving vibes of the day and brings us into sync with our natural rhythms:
Manifest 2013 is a music festival with an aura for every being. We can’t wait to be inspired with and by you.
In addition to bringing us together for a spectacular lineup of music and visual artists, Manifest 2013 is co-creating community through yoga. We will host Acro and music-inspired yoga workshops each morning. And, with 152 acres of Sierra forest to work with, you’re encouraged to lay down a mat anytime, anywhere, as you feel called. Stay tuned for updates to Manifest 2013′s yoga lineup.
A creative and diverse crew of local artists and communities will have their installations on display at Manifest 2013, some developing their art live throughout the weekend. Contact us if you have a large art installation you’d like to add to the display mix.
We’re setting up space across the grounds for co-creative artistic expression to manifest – from natural mandalas to finger painting. You are enthusiastically encouraged to bring your crafts and creativity to the gathering, for all to share.

Vendors, facilitators, musicians, and early arrivals must be pre-approved.
When planning your trip, be sure to note the Box Office hours. If you arrive outside of Box Office hours you will have to wait with your car until the Box Office reopens.
Manifest wristbands will be given upon arrival. Wristbands will not be replaced if lost or stolen: no exceptions. You will be escorted off the property by Manifest Security if you do not have a wristband. Anyone in possession of an altered/tampered wristband will be ejected from the festival grounds without refund.
ALL attendees (including artists, performers, guests, volunteers, and participants) MUST check in at the Box Office to receive wristbands. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You MUST SHOW YOUR ID in order to receive your will call tickets. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Three day festival passes will be sold at the Box Office for $140. CASH ONLY! All patrons MUST come with tickets or money for tickets.
We will also be selling $15 Sunday night camping passes for those who wish to camp on Sunday night as well.
Ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Manifest reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke tickets at any time for any reason. Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets and wristbands are not replaceable. Schedule is subject to change. Tickets are purchased at the risk of inclement weather.
Volunteers must first receive their festival wristband at the Box Office and will then check in at the Volunteer Headquarters.

Parking will be on the site of the venue. To encourage ride sharing, parking will be $20 per vehicle unless the car is FULL (4 people in a sedan/SUV, 2 people in a two-seater).

Camping is included in the price of the ticket. Shaded forest camping will be available a short walk from the parking area. Car-side camping will be available in the open field. Car camping is on a first come, first serve basis.
ONCE YOU HAVE PARKED YOUR CAR, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE IT UNTIL SUNDAY!
If you wish to camp on Sunday night, you will be required to purchase a separate Sunday night camping pass.
Plan for hot days and cold nights, with temperatures in the 80’s-90’s during the day, and down the the 50’s at night. Should be bright and sunny during the day,with a clear view of the Super Moon at night!
There is a single lane, 3.5 mile dirt road leading up to our venue. The road uphill to the venue is a bit steep, bumpy and uneven. VEHICLES WITH A HIGHER CLEARENCE ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We’ve made it up there in a Prius, but safe to say anything lower might not make it. Please drive slow with extreme caution up this hill!
DIRECTIONS FROM ANGELS CAMP, CA:
1.Take HIGHWAY 4 EAST towards MURPHYS.
2. Turn RIGHT on PARROTS FERRY ROAD.
3. After ONE MILE turn LEFT on CAMP 9 ROAD.
4. After 7.3 MILES turn RIGHT over AVERY RANCH BRIDGE (first white bridge crossing river, can’t miss it).
5. CROSS BRIDGE, continue LEFT, only road along river.
6. After .7 MILES turn RIGHT up gravel road FOREST ROUTE 3N03, just past parking lot.
7. Wind all the way up 3.5 MILES, when you descend for the first time look for the SECOND GATE on LEFT.
Please be respectful of local speed limits and sound violations.
Absolutely NO OPEN FLAMES are allowed. This includes fire pits, charcoal barbecues, and burn barrels – all are prohibited. Propane gas and camp stoves are permitted; however, food will be available, provided by various food vendors. We encourage you to plan on sampling the food vendors, while also bringing your own food.
ABSOLUTELY NO FIRE SPINNING.
All smoking leftovers must be safely disposed of and carried out with you at the end of the festival.
Alcohol will not be vended at Manifest 2013, but participants 21+ will be allowed to bring their own alcohol to the venue. 21+ wristbands will be given at the info booth; you MUST HAVE A 21+ WRIST BAND if you plan to drink at all during the festival.
This is a LEAVE NO TRACE, pack-in, pack out event. Please bring 3 trash bags with you for your campsite. There will be minimal trash/recycling and compost bins near the food vendors.
There will be some drinking water available on site; however, we encourage you to bring your own drinking water to ensure everyone stays hydrated during these hot summer days and long nights of dancing.
Showers & bathrooms?
There will be portable toilets, but no showers.
Unfortunately, the new venue does not have RV hookups. Feel free to bring your RV, but you will not have access to power or water.
No. The closest general store is in Angel’s Camp miles away, and there are NO INS AND OUTS after arrival. Please ensure that you’ve brought all you need!
No. Bring Cash!
We will have trained medical staff on duty 24 hours a day for the entire festival.
To ensure the safety of our guests, we will have paid security on site 24 hours. These security guards will also be checking wristbands throughout the weekend. Anyone caught without a wristband will be escorted to the festival gates. No exceptions.
No pets allowed. Only service dogs with proper paperwork will be permitted.
NO OPEN FLAMES. NO CANDLES. NO FIRE SPINNING. NO CHARCOAL GRILLS. This is a fire hazard area!
NO firearms or weapons. No violence. Please cultivate a peaceful co-creative gathering.
NO fireworks or explosives of any kind. This is a fire hazard area, and these are dangerous to humans and the natural surrounding alike.
NO glowsticks – these are horrible for the environment; please shine yourself and leave the glowsticks at home.
NO laser pointers.
NO negative attitudes.
NO unauthorized vending – after one warning, you will be escorted off of the property.
NO under-aged drinking.
NO children under 18 without parent/legal guardian.
NO abuse of illegal substances.
NO NITROUS OXIDE. PERIOD. All nitrous tanks and cartridges will be confiscated and violators will be escorted off of the property.

Cameras – Manifest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, so please keep your cameras safe and secure.

Shade structures for your camping area.
Enclosed propane stoves. NO charcoal stoves or open flames.
A refillable water bottle.
Tent, Sleeping Bags, Shade Structure, Camping Equipment, Fold Out Chairs – Camping equipment must be free standing. Please bring safe covers for any rebar that is used. We recommend marking your campsite with a fun and creative sign or banner to help you find your spot and amplify the fun factor of Manifest!
Close-toed shoes and durable sandals.
Necessary containers for campsite trash, recycling, and compost. This is a pack in, pack out event – you will be expected to take all trash with you at the end of the event.
Durable, reusable dishware and utensils, including a reusable tea mug.
SPF 30+ Sunscreen – this is a beautifully sunny venue, so keep your skin safe. If you prefer to stay away from synthetic sunscreen, please be conscious of balancing time in sun and shade.
Personal light source for night (flashlight, headlamp, solar powered light source). NO GLOWSTICKS.
First aid kit – there will be a first aid station, but keep bandaids and antibacterial salve at your campsite.
Any daily personal items / medications that sustain your health. Please be responsible with these.
